Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Ultra Learn, or 13 years old with verifiable parental or guardian consent. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. Users in the European Economic Area must meet the minimum age requirement set by their Member State under Article 8 of the GDPR (typically 16 years, or 13 in some jurisdictions).

Ultra Learn is an AI-powered study platform that transforms your uploaded documents, PDFs, videos, and other learning materials into interactive study tools including summaries, flashcards, quizzes, mind maps, slides, podcasts, and adaptive tutoring sessions.

We process your content using third-party AI models (including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Azure AI services) solely to deliver these study features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice.

Your content remains yours. You retain full ownership of all documents, files, and materials you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process, store, and analyse your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. This licence terminates when you delete your content or your account.

AI-generated outputs. Study materials generated by our AI (summaries, flashcards, quizzes, etc.) from your content are provided for your personal educational use. You may use, modify, and share these outputs freely.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains illegal, defamatory, or obscene material
• Includes sensitive personal data of third parties without consent

Ultra Learn offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, semi-annually, or annually) through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available (USD, EUR, GBP, INR).

Free trial. New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds. Refund requests made within 7 days of initial purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@ultralearn.life for assistance.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI accuracy. AI-generated study materials are provided as educational aids and may contain inaccuracies. They should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for academic, professional, or medical decisions. Always verify critical information against authoritative sources.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your dashboard settings or by contacting support@ultralearn.life.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Ultra Learn shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including your right to bring claims in your country of residence. For users in the United Kingdom, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
